[1.2] Bug fixes
- Fixed a bug where the upgrade that was supposed to decrease the harpoon rotation speed had the opposite effect - thanks to bl4st for the bug report
- Fixed a bug that caused the harpoon to go crazy when harpooning a fish and then harpooning another one on the way back - thanks to Alfi on Discord for the bug report
